Obituary of Thomas "Rudy" Burdett

Thomas “Rudy” Burdett, age 48 of Lafayette, passed away Friday, September 16, 2022.  There will be no service at this time.  The family will have a celebration of life at a later time.  Mr. Burdett was born January 7,1974 in Shelbyville, TN.  He is survived by wife of 26 years, Jackie Akins Burdett of Lafayette; daughters Peyton Deasy of Franklin, KY and Abigale Burdett of Lafayette; son, Earl Thomas Burdett of Lafayette; brothers, Greg Coley of Westmoreland and Lloyd Burdett of Arizona; sisters, Rita Warden of Georgia, Bobbie Lewis (Robert) of Lafayette, Rhonda Burdett of West Virginia, Shonda Burdett of Murfreesboro; 2 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He is proceeded in death by his mother, Patricia Jean Burdett.  Mr. Burdett was a custom trim carpenter and owner of Cut Right Trim for more than 20 years.  Online condolences may be submitted at familyheritagefh.com
