Obituary of Frances Ann Sauls Holder

Frances Ann Sauls Holder was born 1 August 1932 to the late Loy and Lois Brand Sauls. She departed this life on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at the home of her son David in Gallatin, TN. She married Earl Holder on 17 November 1950. They were married 59 years until his death 24 June 2010. She married Julian Avery on 19 July 2022 in Hendersonville, TN. He survives her. She served as pianist for First Christian Church, Newnan, GA for 45 years. She retired from Hiwassee Land Company. She was proceeded in death by her daughter Patricia Holder McConnell and son Mark Holder. She is survived by her son David (Eve) Holder, Gallatin, TN. Her grandchildren Troy (Andrea) McConnell, Tupelo, MS, Brad (Jenny) McConnell, Nolensville, TN, Benjamin (Carmen) Holder, Gordonsville, TN, Chris (Sara) Holder, Castalian Springs, TN, Lexie Holder, Hubert, NC, and Katie Holder, Portsmouth, VA. Daughter in Law Karen Holder, Jacksonville, NC. Son in Law Don (Grace) McConnell, Trussville, AL. Great Grandchildren Emma McConnell, Abby McConnell, Noah McConnell, Ruthie McConnell, Melinda Holder, William Holder, Lukas Holder, and Aubrey Bandy. Special friend Tommie Lewis, Newnan, GA. Visitation will be Saturday, September 24, 2022 between 6-8 pm at McKoon Funeral Home.
