Obituary of John Edward Brown

Mr. John Edward Brown, age 89 of Portland, Tennessee passed away on September, 22, 2022 at his residence. Mr. Brown was born on April 16, 1933 in Rock Bridge, Tennessee to the late Herlon and Anna Lucy Brown.

Mr. Brown is survived by his wife of 66 years, Janice Brown; sons, Curtis Brown and Ralph Lee (Alesia) Brown; grandchildren, Corey Brown, Luke Brown, and Leah Brown; sisters, Wanda Withers and Irene Trammel.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, September 24^th at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Sellars Family Heritage at Portland with Brother Donald Taylor and Brother Chris Roberts officiating. Interment will follow the service at Old Brush Cemetery with Corey Brown, Luke Brown, Mark Trammel, Sheldon Trammel, Craig Trammel, and Darrel Withers serving as pallbearers. Visitation with the family will be Saturday, September 24^th from 11:00 until time of service.
