Harriet put something special into everything she did. I'm thankful for all the things she did making birthdays, holidays, and visits so wonderful. Harriet was a wonderful person especially to my daughter, her granddaughter, Tania. She tried for 40 years to keep me in line, but it never worked. At the end she told me she loved me and said she would keep an eye on me.

Grandma Harriet was a wonderful grandmother to all of her grand children. I’m incredibly grateful she was able to know her great great grand children, it’s such a blessing that many people do not get to have. Lakon is still sad she can’t come for his birthday party but we will make sure she is there in spirit.
Harriet always kept faith and tradition alive. A family favorite of her traditions are her Christmas cookies, brownies and spiced tea. Those recipes we will cherish and continue for years to come and will always be a reminder of sweet grandma Harriet. She will be deeply missed and never forgotten.

Grandma Harriet was such a joy. I'll always remember her sharing stories about her life and watching her smile and her eyes light up as she told them. She was a kind lady with a lot of spunk. I feel blessed for having had the opportunity to get to know her...she will be greatly missed.

As a little boy, I was always awestruck by the beauty and kindness of my teenage cousin Harriet. She later epitomized the finest qualities of wife, mother and worker. Harriet went through a long life leaving many dozen friendships behind and making the world a brighter and more loving place. Wonderful memories of her will long linger on.

We are saddened to hear about Harriet who was loved and respected by everyone. She was a beautiful person to everyone her entire life. We did not have the opportunity to see her often as we live in Scottsdale, AZ in the winter and Eagle River, WI in the summer. Dick was fortunate to be her first cousin.
We want to extend our heartfelt sympathy to her entire family and many friends.
