Obituary of William "Bill" Thompson

William “Bill” Thompson, age 75 of Gallatin, passed away Thursday, October 6, 2022.  Graveside Service will be Sunday, October 9^th at 3:00 p.m. at Gallatin Cemetery.  Visitation will be Sunday, October 9^th from 11:00 a.m. until time to leave for the cemetery.  Honoring him as pallbearers are Casey Lee Thompson, Taylor Alexander Thompson, Daniel Perry, Adam Perry, Joseph Thompson, and Jason Thompson.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sellars Family Heritage at Gallatin to assist the family with expenses.

Mr. Thompson was born June 21, 1947 in Nashville to the late Landon Joseph Thompson and Mirentha Daughtry Thompson.  He is survived by wife of 49 years, Patricia Tenpenny Thompson of Gallatin; sons, William Joseph Thompson of Pleasant Shade and Stephen R. Thompson of Gallatin; brother, Ronnie Thompson (Debbie) of Ashland City; sister, Mohona Ausderau (Bill) of Lebanon; and 2 grandchildren, Taylor Alexander Thompson and Casey Lee Thompson.  Online condolences may be submitted at familyheritagefh.com.
