Obituary of James Temple

James Temple passed away on October 24, 2022 at age 77.  The Memorial Service is 2 p.m. Saturday, November 5, 2022 in the chapel of Sellars Funeral Home, Lebanon TN. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 10 a.m. until the service at 2 p.m.

               James Hollis Temple was born in Nashville TN to Ruby Ann Nance and Thomas Brown Temple. He was a brick mason for 42 years and served 20 of those years as President of The Brick Layers Union #4. Mr. Temple also worked with the Metro Nashville Fire Department for 6 years. He enjoyed the challenge of fixing and building things, earning the title of Jack of All Trades. He also enjoyed water skiing, fishing, gardening, and golfing.

               Mr. Temple is survived by wife Debbie Drye Temple, sons Jim (Mi) Temple and Tom (Kirsten) Temple, grandsons Sam (Caralynn) Temple and Eli Temple, and sister Patricia Brown.
