Obituary of Glen Smith

Glen Smith, age 60 of Westmoreland, passed away Tuesday, January 3, 2023.  Funeral Service will be Saturday, January 7th at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Sellars Family Heritage at Gallatin, with Don Craighead and Matt Post officiating.  Visitation will be Friday, January 6th from 2:00 – 7:00 p.m. and Saturday, January 7th 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 2:00 p.m.  Interment will follow the service at Sumner Memorial Gardens, with Clay Smith, Parker Smith, Greg Law, Jeff Smith, Richard Smith, and Doug Parks serving as pallbearers.  Honorary pallbearers are Vicki Green and Sandy Dozier.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Union Hill Church of Christ, 1000 Dobbins Pike, Gallatin, TN  37066.

Glen was born September 16, 1962 in Gallatin.  He is preceded in death by mother, Nancy Gail Harrison Smith; grandparents, Melvin and Vergie Smith and Jim “Potty” and Edna “Mammy” Harrison.  He is survived by father, Harold Smith of Westmoreland; brothers, Tom Smith (Jen) of Bowling Green, KY and Tim Smith (Kim) of Nashville; nephews, Clay Smith (Aubrey) of Waco, TX and Parker Smith of Nashville; and great nephews, Milo Smith and Ellis Smith.  Online condolences may be submitted at familyheritagefh.com
