Obituary of Larry Hilton Rittenberry

Mr. Larry Hilton Rittenberry, age 79 of Portland, Tennessee passed away on Saturday, February 11, 2023 at TriStar Portland ER. Larry was born on July 23, 1943 in Nashville, Tennessee to the late Dillon and Edna Rittenberry.

Along with his parents, Larry was preceded in death by his brother, Jimmy Brown.

He is survived by his loving wife of thirty-nine years, Linda Rittenberry; son, Terry (Angie) Stagner; grandchildren, Tasha (Joshua) Fields, Taylor Stagner, Anthony (Shannah) Livingston; great-grandchildren, Leia Fields and Mira Livingston.

Funeral Services will be held  on Tuesday, February 14th at 11:00 AM from the chapel of Sellars Family Heritage at Portland with Bobby Sloan officiating. Interment will follow the service with Josh Fields, Taylor Stagner, Anthony Livingston, Hunter Whittemore, Alvin Cantrell, and Jerry Perry serving as pallbearers. Honorary Pallbearers will be Herman Harp, Mike Rittenberry, and Don White. Visitation with the family will be Monday, February 13th from 4:00-8:00 PM and Tuesday, February 14th from 9:00 AM until service time at 11:00 AM.
