Obituary of Joni D. Melton

Joni D. Melton, age 62 of Bethpage, passed away on Friday, March 17, 2023.  Service will be Monday, March 20^th at 4:00 p.m. in the chapel of Sellars Family Heritage at Gallatin.   Visitation will be Monday, March 20^th from 1:00 p.m. until time of service at 4:00 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sellars Family Heritage at Gallatin to assist the family with funeral expenses.

Joni was born April 22, 1960 in Stuttgart, Germany to the late William T. Brown and Jo Ann Carter Brown.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by brother; David Brown; sister, Rhonda Morales; one nephew; and one niece.  She is survived by husband of 18 years, Marvin Tuttle; daughters, Jessica Henderson (Peyton), Jolene DeVille (Christopher Cleveland), and Jayme Powell (Jay C.); son, Shawn Carter Brown; sisters, Jan Keen, Billie Graves, and Carla Walker (Barry); grandchildren, Aidon Henderson, Triston Henderson, and OlaJuwon DeVille; loving cat, Gidget; several aunts and uncles; and several nieces and nephews.  Online condolences may be submitted at familyheritagefh.com.
