Obituary of Clyde "Pete" Driver

Mr. Clyde “Pete” Driver, age 97, of Lafayette, passed away Friday, March 24, 2023, at Macon Community Hospital. Funeral services for Mr. Pete Driver are scheduled to be conducted on Monday, March 27, 2023, at 2 PM from The Chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with Elder Don Curtis officiating. Interment will follow in The Haysville Cemetery.

Visitation with the family will begin at the funeral home on Sunday, March 26, 2023, from 2 PM until 8 PM, and on Monday from 9 AM until service time at 2 PM.

There will be a Masonic Service on Sunday, March 26, 2023, at 6 PM, conducted by The Lafayette Masonic Lodge # 543 F&AM.

Mr. Pete Driver was preceded in death by his Sons, Jerry Wayne Driver and Terry “JackHammer” Driver; Grandson, Randy Baker; Brothers, Jesse Driver, Buster Driver, R. H. Driver, Cordell Driver, Odell Driver, and J. R. Driver; and Sisters, Vernalene Boston, Christine Haley, and Anna Pearl Green.

Mr. Pete Driver is survived by;

Twenty-two Great-Grandchildren and Seventeen Great-Great-Grandchildren also survive.
