Mrs. Betty Ann Chambers, age 78 of Hartsville, TN passed away Wednesday evening, April 19, 2023 at Quality Center for Rehabilitation and Healing, Lebanon, TN.
Preceded in death by, Parents, Rex & Mary Brentley McMillian and Husband, Fred Chambers. Survived by: 3 Sons, David (Kelly) Chambers, Jeff Chambers and James (Pam) Chambers-all of Hartsville, TN; 11 Grandchildren; 9 Great Grandchildren and Brother, Jerry McMillian-Lafayette, TN.
A private family service was held at Dixon Springs Cemetery.
