Obituary of Charlotte Kaiser

Charlotte Kaiser, age 59 of Gallatin, passed away on Monday, May 1, 2023. At her request, there will be no service. 

Mrs. Kaiser was born February 14, 1964 in Hazard, KY.  To the late Bill Melton and Elberta Baker Herald.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by sister, Ruby Jean Girgler.  She is survived by husband of 20 years, John Ray Kaiser of Gallatin; son, James Dinkins (Brittany) of Watertown; daughters, Jessica Haskins (Gary) of Defeated Creek and Alishia Poss of Lebanon; brothers, Larry Melton (Paula) of Ohio, Ricky Melton of Kentucky, and Randy Melton (Noreen) of Kentucky; sisters, Janice Martin of Kentucky, Teresa Deadmon (Todd) of Kentucky, and Linda Gutherey of Kentucky; and 15 grandchildren.  Online condolences may be submitted at familyheritagefh.com.
