Austin you always pushed me to sing even tho I was scared. We met on SMULE and it started a lifetime of friendship. I just can't believe you're gone. I am so sorry to his family, friends, and of course his beautiful girlfriend. He adored you and talked highly of you when we would check in. I am going to miss his crazy stories, but MOST of all his talent. Austin sing with the angels and thanks for being one of my Heros! I love ya man, see you in the BACKWOODS

When we met it was one of the most awkward situations I’ve ever been in. Running into you the next weekend was just ironic as hell. We talked, laughed, and had a great time. We talked more about hanging out then we actually did, but I’ll never forget drinking beers with you at the hole in the wall concert, just writing songs while everyone else was partying. You are the most genuine, kind hearted person I’ve ever met, no matter where you went or who they were you always made people feel welcomed. We only hung out a few times but I’ll never forget you singing bonfire girls on the phone to my daughter, still her favorite song. I miss you bro I appreciate everything about you.

Austin man what a loss you will always be a Comet we will always say that boy sang to us here at the poor house before he sang anywhere else, I remember meeting you at the mechanical bullride with my cousin Orion, I will definitely miss your silly snaps with the guys doing silly things around this small town of coloma rest quietly Austin we all will be playing your songs on repeat all through the small downtown of coloma. My heart breaks for everyone who knew and loved Austin. I can’t pretend to know the pain that Lori is going through as a mother who lost her Son or Sarah who lost the love of her life . I loved Austin as one of my own Son’s. Raising kids in a small community you got pretty close to their friends and watched them grow into young, strong adults. I’m very proud of Austin for chasing his dreams and deeply saddened that this young man’s life was taken way too soon. Austin May you rest easy young man. I’m going to miss our conversation, your goofiness and you begging me to download tarkov and play with you guys. It’s crazy how much someone can grow together without even meeting yet. I wish I didn’t procrastinate when you begged me to pick dates to come visit you. I wish I just stuck with it and came to Tennessee. Amazing what social media and video games can do to two people. Austin had such a kind and loving soul, one you couldn’t forget! I remember Austin coming over to our bonfire nights with friends and family, he lived just up the road from us. He always loved his guitar and music, I always knew he would make it far. Now I listen to Austin’s songs remembering the good times we all had with him. I am sending prayers and healing to Sarah and all of Austin’s family and friends. He is so loved and always will be!

Austin, its still hard to believe but our memories we made growing up will always be with me from always at your or Robby's house tinkering with things and enjoying you play guitar! You will be truly missed Austin. You were the type of person to light up a whole room. He was always so kind and so funny! Austin was best friends with my brother and was always over at our house. He lived just right down the road from us and was part of our family. You could tell how much family and even friends and this small town meant to him by his charismatic personality and his music. We are Austin’s Aunt Lisa’s work family, and formerly Lori’s work too. Heartbroken to hear as I’ve been kept along for the hard working, passion ride he was on via Lisa’s sharing and excitement for his journey in Nashville and his work ethic and kindness. We feel like we know him. Have been rooting. I’ve downloaded every song she sent me as he released the past few years—- my husband loved his music and good guy aura and downloaded them too. Spotted Austin at TJ’s while he was home last year and recognized him by his voice:) He was reaching strangers through his loved ones sharing his gift-and on through strangers as my husband shared his song backroads last night with his coworker and he then downloaded too. If strength in numbers keeps memories alive—this beautiful humans story is going to pass about bringing good juju to country fans everywhere. Young dreamers hearing his songs, will become a lasting message in believing they can step into that same dream and make it happen like he was. Our prayers to you all, and his girlfriend, to carry on that spirit in big ways, that friendly light up a room persona not everyone’s blessed with.
I can only believe a spirit like his will fly right next to another beautiful boys cut short, who sends a light to his mom in beautiful ways. Austin will be too.
