Obituary of Jeffrey Thompson

Jeffrey Thompson passed away on June 19, 2023 at age 66. The family will be receiving friends at Sellars Funeral Home, Lebanon TN on Sunday, July 2, 2023 from 1-4 p.m.  He was buried privately at Mt. Juliet Memorial Gardens.

               Jeffrey Lee Thompson was born in Nashville TN to Mary Margaret Davy and Herman Thompson. He graduated with the Class of ’74 from McGavock High School. He retired from Roadway Trucking after 25 years. Exploring cemeteries was something he enjoyed doing in his study of history. He loved auctions and estate sales. Jeffrey was a fan of Atlanta Braves baseball and Tennessee Vols football.

               He is survived by his daughter Victoria Thompson (Davis) Harrison; grandchild: Aiden Woods; brother: Gary Thompson; brother-in-law: Barry Holland; mother of his children: Vicki Thompson; nieces and nephews: Stacie, Brian, and Phillip Holland. He is preceded in death by son Davy Thompson, parents Margaret and Herman Thompson, and sister Debbie Holland.
