Obituary of Dr. Philip I. Pennington
Dr. Phillip I. Pennington, age 77 of Lebanon, passed away on August 4, 2023.
Philip was a wonderful man who will be dearly missed.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Horace and Martha Pennington; sister-in-law, Sheila Pennington; and niece, Sarah Pennington.
He is survived by his loving wife, Gladys Pennington; daughter, Teresa (Ed) Gonyea; grandchildren, Whitney Patterson, Taylor Harper, Zach Gonyea; and siblings, Ron (Carol) Pennington, Vicki Pennington, and David Pennington.
The Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, August 9th at 2:00pm at Sellars Funeral Home at Mt. Juliet. The Visitation will also be held on Wednesday, August 9th from 12:00pm until service time at 2:00pm.
