My uncle Mark. A man that truly connected to those around him. Someone that never seemed to walk in life without God and the light with him. He will be missed. I will never forget the importance he played in my life -- and I will always remember when he traveled down to Texas to baptize me. This man touched so many lives and it will not be the same without him.

We’ll be praying for you Carol … and the whole family. Mark is what I call a “salt of the earth” kind of man. So humble and truly seemed to walk with God. Mark’s ministry, done in Jesus’ name, will live on as a testimony forever … a fragrant aroma of praise to the Lord. Mark proved that complete trust in God is the key to both a happy life and a confident hope of life eternal in the presence of Our loving Savior, Jesus Christ. What a life he lived. I will always remember Brother Mark as God loving and God sharing friend and Pastor. What a couple. I so looked up to them. They blessed so many with his preaching, and their music, and counseling. Awesome mentors and friends. I will never forget the trips we took and the great times we shared. Bro. Mark has been such a blessing to me over the years. I remember a number of years ago he ministered to my heart at a very painful time in my church life. He encouraged me to forgive and keep on keeping on. Loved anything he sang, but The Lighthouse was always a special blessing to me. See you again soon Bro. Mark. On August 21, 2010 Brother Mark performed the Wedding Vows for Matt & I...It was a Beautiful Service @ Union Chapel... ehT85. CAROL, so very sorry for your loss of Mark. You two fit together better than a puzzle. You two are the sweetest couple, full of talents. Remember when we were at the rehearsal dinner for Jacob and Sarina and there was a storm, and the tree fell on your car!! You are definitely in our thoughts and prayers. We were at Luke’s 3 yr memorial at the lake on lock 4 having a balloon launch. It was beautiful. We had so many friends. We miss him so, but we know he is in no pain. We love you and your family.
