Obituary of Thelma Louise Smith

Mrs. Thelma Louise Smith, age 79 of Hartsville, TN passed away Wednesday morning, March 27, 2024 at Trousdale Medical Center.

Preceded in death by:  Parents, Joe Raymond & Louise Clendening Weston;  Husband, Jack Smith;  Grandson, Logan Blake Smith;  Sister, JoAnn Lee and Brothers, Bobby Scruggs and James Weston.

Survived by:  Daughter, Lois (Charlie) Woodard-Lafayette, TN;  2 Sons, Roger (Tammy) Smith-Lebanon, TN and Joey (Tonya) Smith-Lafayette, TN;  Special Companion, Ray Barlow-Hartsville, TN;  6 Grandchildren, Joseph Woodard, Matthew Woodard, Dalton (Katherine) Smith, Tyler (Cassie Dixon) Smith, Brayden Smith and Caiden Smith;  3 Great Grandchildren, Kenzi, Jax & Josie Woodard and Great Grandchild on the way, Helen Woodard.

Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Anthony Funeral Home at 2 PM Saturday, March 30, 2024 conducted by Bro. J.C. Cox and Bro. Wyndom Wix.  Interment will be in the Hartsville Memorial Gardens.  Visitation with the family will be from 2 to 8 PM Friday and 11 AM until service time Saturday.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Pleasant Valley Missionary Baptist Mission.
