Obituary of Dorothy Jean Davis Gibbs

Dorothy Gibbs passed away on April 23, 2013 at age 85. She was a member of College Hills Church of Christ. She was the first lady president of the Tennessee Housing Authority. The Funeral Service, conducted by Dr. Larry Locke, is 12 p.m. Friday, April 26, 2013 at Sellars Funeral Home in Lebanon (at Stone Mansion, 416 Rome Pike) with visitation from 10 a.m. until the service. Graveside service and interment at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 27, 2013 in Gibbs Cemetery, Ashland City. Pallbearers: Eric Lockert, Shawn Lockert, James Lockert, Jeff Davis, John Gibbs, and Hester Gibbs. Special Friends: Mary Sue Brooks, Mary Burton, Doug and Leta Jackson, Steven Jackson, Peter and Patrick Myers, and Darrell "Billy" King. Special Companions: Hester and Eleanor Gibbs.
