Obituary of Julia Hayes Phillips

Judy Hayes Phillips passed away on May 20, 2010 at age 75. The family will be receiving friends at Sellars Funeral Home in Lebanon from 2-8 p.m. on Saturday, May 22nd and for one hour prior to service on Sunday. The chapel service is 11 a.m. Sunday, May 23, 2010. Interment in Wilson County Memorial Gardens. Family will serve as Pallbearers. Survivors include husband of 21 years, Dave Phillips: 3 children: Mary Jane Hayes, Frances (Rodney) Burk, and Billy (Tina) Hayes; grandchildren: William Morgan Hayes III, Georgia Anne Parker, April Elizabeth Apple, Justin Carl Hayes, Marc Clinton Pelfrey, and William Paul Rhodes; brother: Bond Garth Welch; sister: Mary Joy Covington; and great-grandchildren: Ashley Nicole Seay, John Wayne Huff Jr, Hunter Lofton Huff, Matthew Dylan Hayes, Kayleigh Morgan Hayes, and Dalauna Renee" Parker. She is preceded in death by parents Garth and Frances Stanley Welch, and husband William Morgan Hayes Sr.
