Obituary of Nell Hankins Hudspeth

Mrs. Nell Hudspeth passed away on Wednesday, May 5, 2010 at age 98. She was born August 11, 1911 in Shop Springs. She has been a member of the Shop Springs Baptist Church since 1925 and retired from May Hosiery Mill in Nashville after 35 years. The family will be receiving friends at Sellars Funeral Home in Lebanon from 4-8 p.m. Friday and from noon until service on Saturday. The chapel service, conducted by Brother Brad Brandon and Reverend Kenneth Tramel, is 2 p.m. Saturday, May 8, 2010. Interment in Wilson County Memorial Gardens. She is preceded in death by husband Percy Hudspeth, daughter Nellie Ruth Alexander, and brother Frank Hankins. Survivors include special friends: Shirley and Dot Judkins, Teresa Harris, Lauren Harris, Sarah Grace Harris, Kim and Allie Hunter, and Jenny Leigh Hall.
