Obituary of John D. Kellams

KELLAMS, John D., age 90 of Mt. Juliet passed away February 14, 2010. Mr. Kellams was retired from Vought Industries. Mr. Kellams was preceded in death by parents, O. D. and Nancy Kellams; wife, Mildred Kellams; and sister, Mary Jo Kellams. He is survived by devoted wife, Greta Kellams; son, John (Genelda) Kellams; daughter, Vicki (Ron) Mattock; step-children, Jeff (Sherry) Wright, Judy (Jim) Locke, and Randy (Lisa) Argoe; 11 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 18th at 11 am at Sellars Funeral Home at Mt. Juliet with Dr. Bobby Devine officiating. Interment will follow the service at Mt. Juliet Memorial Gardens with Family and Friends serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Mrs. Elizabeth Gleaves, Robert Smith, the Sunday School Class and members of Bakers Grove Baptist Church and the Sunday School Class and loving members of First Baptist Church Mt.
