Obituary of Joshua Wayne Mayfield

MAYFIELD, Joshua, age 28 of Hermitage, passed away March 1, 2015. Mr. Mayfield was preceded in death by grandparents, Ronnie & Carol Moore. He is survived by wife, Michelle Mayfield; parents, Douglas & Barbara Mayfield; sister, Laura Mayfield; brother, William D. Mayfield; children, Joseph, Ashlyn, Sabrina and Calliegh Mayfield; cousins, Ashley Ashcraft and Chelsea (Thomas) Ford; and numerous nieces & nephews. Funeral services will be held Friday, March 6th at 2 pm at Sellars Funeral Home at Mt. Juliet with Bro. Todd Elliott officiating.
