JOHNSON, Diana Carol, age 67 of Old Hickory, died suddenly December 6, 2011. She was born February 8, 1944. Preceded by husband, Sammy Lee Johnson. Survived by brother, Lynn Shelton; children, Gary (Debbie) Adams and Stephanie (John) Levesque; grandchildren, Bethany (Austin) Fouts, Samantha (Kyle) Town, Gary Adams III, Ethan and Paris Levesque.
