Obituary of Patsy Faye Posey

POSEY, Patsy Faye �Pat�, age 69 of Mt. Juliet passed away Thursday, December 31, 2009. Mrs. Posey worked at the State of Tennessee for 16 years and retired in 2006. Mrs. Posey attended Rhema Bible Training Center in 1978 and was a member of the Mt. Juliet Church of God. She was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar B. Sneed and Gladys Naomi Rogers-Sneed; brother, Jesse Elijah Sneed; and sister, Eloise Sneed-DeBusk. She is survived by husband, William R. �Buddy� Posey of Mt. Juliet; daughter, Melissa Trent Hood of Mt. Juliet; son Charles (Jalana) Trent of Mt. Juliet; grandchildren, Heather and Amber Hood and Benjamin and Laura Trent; sister, Lillie Mae Sneed of Tampa, FL; step-son, W. Keith Posey of Mt. Juliet; step-daughter, Mylinda Gayle Rush of Lafayette; step-grandchildren, Chloe Grace Posey, Johnny Rush, Desiree Miller and Christine Miles; nieces, Melony Garrett of Tampa, FL and Tammy Holland of Texas; nephews, James Eric Hardiman and Christopher Sneed of Texas and Damon Sneed, stationed in Iraq. Memorial services for Mrs. Posey will be at 6pm at Sellars Funeral Home at Mt. Juliet with Bro. Danny Sellars officiating. Cremation and a private family graveside service will take place at a later date. Visitation with the family will be Saturday, January 2, 2010 from 4-6 pm. Arrangements by SELLARS FUNERAL HOME AT MT.
