Obituary of Stephen Steve Johnson

JOHNSON, Stephen, age 67 of Mt. Juliet passed away August 22, 2010. Mr. Johnson was a member of First Baptist Church in Mt. Juliet, the Harley Davidson Hogs and the Nashville Corvette Club. He was an employee of Wright Industries for 26 years. He also played in the orchestra for many years at the First Baptist Church in Mt. Juliet. Mr. Johnson was preceded in death by parents, John Raymond & Marjorie Johnson. He is survived by wife of 35 years, Royce Johnson; son, Greg (Leslie) Johnson; daughters, Kim (Jeremy) Hynes, Jody Johnson, and Jessica Hacker; brother, Gary (Rita) Johnson; sister, Darla (Mike) Johnson; grandchildren, Noah Hacker, Joven Hacker, and Jamie Johnson; and great-grandchildren, Liberty Johnson and Jayden Cooper. Funeral services will be Wednesday, August 25th at 4pm at Sellars Funeral Home at Mt. Juliet with Bro. Billie Friel officiating. Interment will follow the service at the Mt. Juliet Memorial Gardens with Anthony Mitchell, J. W. Davis, Kelly Perry, Seth Durham, Paul Knutson, and Gene Kulas serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Lamar Swindoll, Bob Lease, the Mt. Juliet First Baptist Sunday School Class, Friends of Cumberland High School, and the Nashville Corvette Club.
