Obituary of Peter A. Mackie

MACKIE, Peter A., of Hermitage passed away on May 9, 2012 at the age of 77. Mr. Mackie was a huge Green Bay Packer and Nascar fan, a long-time member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church and a member of the Hermitage YMCA. Mr. Mackie was preceded in death by parents, Arvo H. and Lois Leng Mackie; sons, Derrick Mackie and Patrick Mackie; daughter, Pamela Mackie; and great-granddaughter, McKenna Mackie. He is survived by wife of 22 years, Margaret Mackie; son, Joel (Gail) Mackie; daughters, Renee Wolosek and Nicole Mackie; brothers, William Mackie and Richard (Kay) Mackie; 8 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren. Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, May 12th at 1 pm at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 190 Graylynn Drive, Nashville, TN with Father Mark Hunt officiating.
