Mildred Elaine Keelins, age 89 of Gallatin, passed away Monday, March 16, 2015. Ms. Keelins was born March 3, 1926 in Chester, PA, to the late Ellsworth Garman and Lillian Emma Hassen Garman. She is survived by children, Sandra E. Lane, Patty Thurman, Donnie Dorris, Chris Keelins Hagewood, Jim Keelins, and Kathy Warren; brothers Will Garman, and Bob Garman; brother-in-law, Walt Foley; and niece, Diane Haley.
