Obituary of Alan Lee Self

Alan Self passed away on May 27, 2012 at age 50. The Memorial Service is 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at the Lebanon Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Survivors include mother Lois Hearn, and siblings: Angela Rippe, Althea Long, Anita Webb, Sherry Gilbert, Norman Self, Bill Self, Michelle Welton, Lisa Robinson, Darren Self, and Sara Long. He is preceded in death by father Charles Ray Self and brother Tony Self.
