Obituary of Anne Lowry Wilson

age 80 of Mt. Juliet passed away June 9, 2015. Anne was involved in the church her entire life. She played piano and organ, sang in the church choir and taught Sunday School. She also worked for the Knowles Senior Citizens Center in Nashville, and especially enjoyed bowling and travelling. She was preceded in death by mother, Lucille Lowry; brother, John Lowry; daughter, Kaye; and son, Kerry. She is survived by husband of 60 years, Randolph Wilson; daughter, Beverly (Glenn) Jordan; sons, Mike (Cindy) Wilson and Kevin (Christie) Wilson; 6 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alive Hospice, The Alzheimer's Association or Grace United Methodist Church. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Hospice caregivers: Lacey Tenpenny, Brittany Wood, Alicia Sweany, Khette Cox and Christy Knox. Funeral services will be held Friday, June 12th at 11 am at Sellars Funeral Home at Mt. Juliet with Pastor Jeff Streszoff and Chaplain Khette Cox officiating. Interment will follow the service at Spring Hill Cemetery with Christopher Wilson, Matthew Wilson, James Fuller, Byron Draper, Parker Wilson and Sam Fuller serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are: Mrs. Wilson's great-grandchildren. Visitation with the family will be Thursday, June 11th from 4-8 pm and Friday, June 12th from 9 am until time of service.
