Obituary of William Emmett Swann

William Swann passed away on June 8, 2014 at age 88. The family will be receiving friends at Sellars Funeral Home on Tuesday from 5-9 p.m. and on Wednesday from noon until the service on Wednesday. The Funeral Service, conducted by Brother Danny Sellars and Brother Billy Jones, is 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 11, 2014 in the chapel of Sellars Funeral Home. Interment in Leeville Cemetery following the service. Pallbearers: Billy Binion, Larry Binion, Terry Binion, Daniel Binion, Jack Binion, Shane Davis, Jessey Paradis, Adam Davis, and Stanley Binion. Survivors include wife of 57 years, Beatrice Binion Swann; children: Stephen Swann and Bruce Swann; grandchildren: Tammie (Jessey) Paradis, Renee Swann and Rebecca Swann; and two great-grandchildren: Summer Lee Paradis and Caden Paradis. He is preceded in death by parents Lurley Louise McClanahan Swann and Robert Emmett Swann, brothers Roy Thomas Swann, Hayden Swann, Galen Swann, and David Swann.
