Obituary of Arthur Kingsland

Art Kingsland passed away on December 9, 2009 at age 73. The family will be receiving friends at Sellars Funeral Home in Lebanon from 2"8 p.m. on Thursday, December 10, 2009. The church service, conducted by Brother Daniel Stirnemann and Brother Bernice Walpole, is 2 p.m. Friday, December 11, 2009 at The Sanctuary (United Pentecostal Church, 465 Franklin Rd, Lebanon 444.8276) with visitation for one hour prior to service. Interment in Wilson County Memorial Gardens. Family and friends will serve as Pallbearers. Honorary Pallbearers: Michael Martinez, John Denny, Mike Wright, Bill Oliver, and Eddie Smith. Survivors include wife of 45 years, Annie Maude Smith Kingsland of Lebanon; children: Linda (Brother Bernice) Walpole, Arthur (Jan) Kingsland Jr., John Owen, and George (Eva) Owen; daughter-in-law: Shirley Owen; 20 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by son Rick Owen, parents Claude and Elizabeth Trosper Kingsland, brothers Carl, Andy, and Claude Jr. Kingsland, and sisters Pauline Goodwin and June Coomer.
