Obituary of Dallas Ferrell

Brother Dallas Ferrell, of Gordonsville, passed away on November 7, 2014 at age 75. The family will be receiving friends at Sellars Funeral Home on Sunday from 2-8 p.m. and on Monday from 10 a.m. until the service. The Funeral Service, conducted by Brother Bobby Watts, is 2 p.m. Monday, November 10, 2014 in the chapel of Sellars Funeral Home, with Honors from the United State Army. Interment in Wilson County Memorial following the service. Family and friends will serve as Pallbearers: Billy Watts, Dwayne Ferrell, John Murphy, Carlton Ferrell, Frank House, and Kenneth Watts. Brother Ferrell is survived by his wife of 44 years: Helen Watts Ferrell; children: Nicole (John) Murphy, Traci (Frank) Ferrell, Matthew (Hollie) Ferrell, Alan (Lori) Woods, Phillip Ferrell, and Teresa (Mark) Garner; brothers: Joe (Jean) Ferrell, Tony Ferrell; sister-in-law: June Ferrell; 16 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by daughter Shelia Carter, son Patrick Shane Ferrell, granddaughter Kelsey Garner, and parents Ed and Gertie Hughes Ferrell.
