Obituary of Reba Joe Simms

Reba "Granny" Simms passed away on November 26, 2012 at age 84. The family will be receiving friends at Sellars Funeral Home in Lebanon (at Stone Mansion, 416 Rome Pike) on Thursday from 2-8 p.m. and on Friday from 10 a.m. until the service. The Funeral Service is 11 a.m. on Friday, November 30, 2012. Interment in Wilson County Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers: Jeremy Winfree, Timmy Martin, Shane Ervin, Bobby Dale Linder, Dewayne Holloway, Michael Martin, and Alex Garcia. Honorary Pallbearer: Donnie Seagraves and Stacey Martin. Survivors include children: Peggy (Bobby) Linder, Gail (Ray) Fuqua, Cynthia "Darlene" (Monty) Holloway, Robert Joe (Debra) Simms, Ronald (Patsy) Simms, and Terry Simms; sister: Edith Wooden; and 15 grandchildren. She is preceded in death by husband Robert A. Simms, parents Lonnie and Helen Walls Davenport, and siblings Earl Davenport, Aubrey Davenport, and Ruth Davenport, and grandsons Joseph Robert Simms and Ryan Simms.
