Obituary of Tamela Michelle Worley

Tammy Heilman Worley passed away on February 21, 2012 at age 52. The family will be receiving friends at Sellars Funeral Home in Lebanon from 4-8 p.m. on Friday and from 9 a.m. until the service on Saturday. The chapel service, conducted by Brother Danny Sellars, is 11 a.m. Saturday, February 25, 2012. Family and friends will serve as Pallbearers. Survivors include husband Dennis Worley; children: Chad, Cody, and Collin Worley; siblings: Geraldine Heilman, Debbie Heilman, Rick Heilman, Danny Heilman, and Terry Heilman; niece: Serena Heilman; and grandchild: Ava Worley. She is preceded in death by parents Benjamin Raymond and Gladys Erickson Heilman.
