Obituary of John Lee Denny

John Denny passed away on May 9, 2015 at age 79. The family will be receiving friends at Sellars Funeral Home, Lebanon TN from 5 p.m.-8 p.m. on Monday and on Tuesday from 10 a.m. until the service. The Funeral Service, conducted by Brother David Spears, is 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 12, 2015 in the chapel of Sellars Funeral Home, followed by interment in Cedar Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers: Paul Hanson, Carlton Thurman, and nephews. The family extends a special thank you to Westmoreland Care and Rehab. Mr. Denny, a veteran of the U.S. Army, was a well digger, and had been an employee of Midwesco/Permapipe, and of TVA, and owned Log Cabin Antiques. He loved antiques and was a huge UT fan. He is survived by son Kevin Moss (Deborah) Denny and grandchildren Hope Denny and Hollie Denny. He is preceded in death by wife Vivian Denny, parents Lawson and Willielee Starnes Denny, sister June Braswell, and brother Don Denny. Sellars Funeral Home, Lebanon TN 615.444.9393.
