Judy Ochoa passed away on June 6, 2009 at age 68. Service at Haisley-Hobbs Funeral Home in Ft. Pierce FL 4 p.m. Sunday, June 14, 2009. Visitation from 2 p.m. until service Sunday. Survivors include 4 children: Kim (John) Dickens, Lisa Blackmon, Terri Blackmon, and Kline Blackmon Jr.; father of children: Kline Blackmon Sr.; sister: Perky (Jerry Don) Yarbrough; grandchildren: James Dickens and Jeffrey Dickens; and nephew: Layne Yarbrough.
