Obituary of Terry Thomas Haines

Terry Haines passed away on December 28, 2010 at age 58. The family will be receiving friends at Sellars Funeral Home in Lebanon from 1 p.m. until service on Friday. The chapel service, conducted by Brother Judd Sellars, is 4:30 p.m. Friday, December 31, 2010. Honorary Pallbearers: Robert, Barry, David, Karl, Dennis, and Kevin Truszkowski, Joyce and Butch Osifchin, Donna Truszkowski and Bud Czar, Gail Burla, and John Hunt. In lieu of flowers, make memorial donations to New Leash on Life (507 W. Baddour Pkwy, Lebanon TN 37087, 615.444.1144) and The Potters House Ministries (402 E. Forrest Ave, Lebanon TN 37087, 615.449.9019). Survivors include wife of 37 years, Sharon Rose Truszkowski Haines of Watertown TN; sisters: Juanita (Bill) Dustin from Maine and Patricia (Gary) Maiers from New Jersey; brother: John (Ann) Haines of New Jersey; in-laws: Mary and Frank Truszkowski from Lebanon TN; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. He is preceded in death by parents John and Mildred Miller Haines, and brother James Haines.
