Obituary of Evelyn J. Phillips

Evelyn Phillips, of Lebanon, passed away on February 6, 2015 at age 57. Visitation will be on Thursday, February 12, 2015 from 4-8 p.m. at Sellars Funeral Home. She is survived by son Mark (Ami Lee) Phillips, and siblings Jim (Sally) Netherton, Bob (Sister) Netherton, Bill Webster, and Dave (Sharon) Netherton. She is preceded in death by parents Marcus and Evelyn Rosetta Netherton, and husband Mark Keith Phillips.
