Obituary of Sarah Jeanette Holmes

Sarah Holmes passed away on October 11, 2010 at age 72. The family will be receiving friends at Sellars Funeral Home in Lebanon from 12-8 p.m. Wednesday, October 13th and from 10 a.m. until service on Thursday. The chapel service, conducted by Brother Gordon Lee and Brother Danny Sellars, is 11 a.m. Thursday, October 14, 2010. Interment in Wilson County Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers: Matt Smith, Barry McEntire, Dewayne Holmes, Christopher VanHook, Phillip Holmes, and Danny Thigpen. Honorary Pallbearers: Gene Monroe, Travis Harp, Mark Harp, Dylan Hunsberger, Keith Patterson, and Cole Patterson. Survivors include husband Herman Holmes; children: Teresa (Ronnie) VanHook, Phillip (Denise) Holmes, Susan Potter, Regina (Matt) Smith, and Cynthia (Barry) McEntire; sister: Clara Hynes of IN; grandchildren: Christopher (Leighann) VanHook, Crystal Holmes, Dewayne Holmes, Valarie Potter, Sarah Potter, Dylan Hunsberger, and Ryan Smith; and step-grandchildren: Jacob and Andrew McEntire, and Hope and C.J. Orrand.
