Obituary of Joe Pearson

Joe Pearson, 62, formerly of Sandgap, KY, passed away in Cookeville TN after a two and a half year battle with cancer. He is survived by his loving wife Teresa Pearson; five children: Jody, Amy, and Danny Pearson of Illinois, Joey Pearson of New York, and Jimmy Pearson of Moraine OH; three step-children: Shawn Butler, Justin Butler, and Ashley Searcy; three brothers: Jim (Linda) Pearson of TN, Boyd Guainet Pearson of Miamisburg OH, Ray Pearson of Moraine OH; sister: Jerry Richey of Moraine OH; and several nephews, nieces, grandchildren, and many friends. He is preceded in death by parents Boyd and Cathryn Pearson and brother Earl Pearson. The family will be receiving friends at Sellars Funeral Home (313 W. Baddour Pkwy, Lebanon TN) on Friday from 4-8 p.m. Funeral Services, conducted by Brother Billy Parkerson, are 11 a.m. Saturday, June 21, 2014. Interment in Mt. Juliet Memorial Gardens will follow the service.
