DILTS, Haileigh Nichole, age 14 months passed away February 8, 2012. Survived by mother, Brook Dilts; father, Cody Hollingshead; maternal grandparents, Doug (Tonya) Dilts and Donna Dilts; uncle, Jacob Dilts; paternal grandparents, Wayne Hollingshead and Tammy Hollingshead; aunt, Shelly Capron; and several other family members.
