Obituary of James Marvin Stark

Jim Stark, formerly from Hagerstown MD, passed away on February 11, 2013 at age 77. He and his wife relocated to Lebanon from Hagertown in 2009. Mr. Stark was an acclaimed portrait artist who had many limited editions on the market. He was a musician in the U.S. Navy for four years. The Funeral Service, conducted by Pastor Gary Bourgios, is 7 p.m. Thursday, February 14, 2013 at Sellars Funeral Home in Lebanon (at Stone Mansion, 416 Rome Pike). Visitation is from 4 p.m. until the service. Interment in Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery at 9 a.m. Friday, February 15, 2013 with military honors. Survivors include wife of 27 years, Polly Hannon Stark, three step-children: Tami Meseroll, Todd Bathgate, and C. Andrew Bathgate, and four children: Jeff Stark, Tracey Stark, Lori and Amy. He is preceded in death by daughter Wendy Stark.
