Obituary of Juri Bunetta

Juri Bunetta, beloved son of Al and Dawn Bunetta, passed away early Sunday morning, January 9th, 2011 at Vanderbilt Hospital due to injuries sustained during a car accident late Saturday night. He was born November 22, 1991 in Riga, Latvia. Juri was a senior at Station Camp High School where he ran cross-country. He worked at Indian Lake Regal Cinema and Fairview Golf Course. He was an avid golfer and auto enthusiast. Those close to Juri described him as a generous and giving friend who always invigorated the room and made those around him smile. He was deeply loved by his family. Juri is survived by his parents; grandmother Janet Blair; 3 aunts, Jill O’Halloran, Connie & Tracy Bunetta; 2 uncles, Glen Fritzsche and Peter Bunetta; and 8 cousins, Jessica, Kelly, Amy, & Janie O’Halloran, Allison Fritzsche, Karen McWhorter, and Julian & Damon Bunetta. A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 14th, 2011, 3pm at Rehoboth United Methodist Church (2601 Cage’s Bend Rd, Gallatin, TN 37066) with Pastor Mike Potts officiating. Flowers are welcome and appreciated at the church.
