Obituary of Frank E. Cook
Frank E. Cook, age 78 of Gallatin, passed away Tuesday, August 18, 2015. Funeral Service will be Saturday, August 22nd at 1:00 p.m. from the chapel of Family Heritage Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Sumner Memorial Gardens with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Mr. Cook was born May 10, 1937 in Wheelwright, KY. He is preceded in death by his parents, Otis and Pauline Greene Cook; brothers, Joe Cook and Levi Cook. He is survived by wife, Jean Cook of Gallatin; sons, Tony Cook of Hermitage and Steve Cook (Angie) of Gallatin; sisters, Reca Collins (Hillard) of Winona Lake, IN and Pat Cook of Etna Green, IN; grandchildren, Franklin Cook and Ashley Cook.
