Obituary of Stephen Gregory

Stephen Gregory, age 70 of Gallatin, passed away Wednesday September 1, 2015. Funeral Service will be Friday September 4th at 11:00 a.m. with Bro. Barry Brawner officiating. Interment will follow at Crestview Memory Gardens, with Mike Gregory, Chris Gregory, Douglas Gregory, James Gregory, Steven Gregory, Gregory Anderson, and Jimmy West serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are J.B. Smith, Jeff Gregory, Terry Gregory, Jimmy Caldwell, Jr., Joe David Gregory, Bud Wilmore, and Joe Wilkes. Visitation will be Thursday September 3rd from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Friday September 4th from 9:00 a.m. until time of service. Mr. Gregory was born July 22, 1945, in Sumner County to the late William Howard Gregory and Bertha Lou Denney Gregory. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by brothers, William Edward Gregory and Roy Hubert Gregory; and sister, Mildred Zeurlein. He is survived by wife of 48 years, Uteva Johnson Gregory of Gallatin; children, Kathy Lynn Gregory of Smyrna, Dianna Dawn Jones (Timothy) of Westmoreland, Steven Thomas Gregory of Gallatin, and Eric Matthew Gregory of Gallatin; brothers, Bufford D. Gregory (Betty) of Gallatin, Wallace Gregory (Frances) of Gallatin, and James Gregory (Helen) of Portland; sister, Faye Caldwell (Jimmy) of Gallatin; 5 grandchildren, Amber Dawn Goad, Krystyne Brown, Erica Leigh Jones, Jimmy Eugene Jones, and Jacob Tyler Jones; and 5 great-grandchildren, Rylan Goad, Phoebe Goad, Hannah Jones, Jacobi Edwards, and Hunter Jones.
