Obituary of Shawn Matthew Dobson

Dobson, Shawn Matthew, age 30 of Antioch, passed away Tuesday, September 29, 2015. Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 2nd at 7:00 p.m. in the chapel of Sellars Funeral Home at Mt. Juliet with Bro. Paul Ward officiating. Visitation with the family will be held from 4:00 p.m. until time of service. Mr. Dobson was born February 2, 1985 to Charles Dobson and Angie Davis in Jacksonville, Florida. Shawn had a great love of sports, most of all being the Tennessee Titans football team. He is preceded in death by his infant son, Rowen Dobson; aunt, Linda Jenkins; and uncles, Russell Davis and Jayge Davis. Along with his parents, he is survived by his daughter, Reese Dobson; sister, Amy (Michael) Mayberry; niece, Allie Mayberry; and aunts and uncles, Dottie Ratcliffe, Milton (Bonnie) Davis, Caralee Fields, Eddie Davis, Frank Davis, Amy (Ruben) Bowen, and Alice Hodges.
