Obituary of Donald R. Hudson

Donald R. Hudson, age 69 of Gallatin, passed away Thursday, October 22, 2015. Funeral Service will be Sunday, October 25th at 1:00 p.m. from the chapel of Family Heritage Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Wallace and Bob Snell officiating. Interment will be at 5:00 p.m. in Ebenezer Cemetery in New Johnsonville, TN with Tim Simmons, Larry Shaw, John Lasley, Gary Fesmire, Luke Hudson and Cliff Adkins serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be members of Christensen Sunday School Class. Visitation will be Saturday, October 24th from 2:00-8:00 p.m. and Sunday, October 25th from 11:00 a.m. until time of service. Mr. Hudson was born June 29, 1946 in Camden, TN, son of the late Aubrey and Thelma Pettyjohn Hudson. He is survived by wife, Joyce Chappell Hudson of Gallatin; son, Jason Hudson (Lee) of Dyersburg; brother, Michael Hudson (Sandra) of Knoxville; sister-in-law, Glenda Simmons (James) of New Johnsonville; grandchildren, Luke and Lauren Hudson; nephew, Tim Simmons and Niece Lily Adkins. Mr. Hudson served in the U. S. Airforce and retired from T.V.A.
