Obituary of Michael Wayne Whitaker

Michael Wayne Whitaker, age 50 of Gallatin passed away Monday December 7, 2015. Funeral Service will be Friday December 11th at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Family Heritage Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Bush’s Chapel Cemetery, with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be Friday December 11th from 12:00 noon until time of service. Michael was born February 6, 1965 in Sumner County. He is survived by wife, Susan Whitaker of Gallatin; sons, Michael Anthony Ray of Gallatin, Shane Dewayne Ray of Gallatin, and Tommy Wayne Carter (Mikalaa) of Gallatin; daughter, Tiffani Dawn Troutt of Gallatin; mother of Anthony and Shane, Wendy Ray of Gallatin; brothers, Mitchell Leanard Whitaker (Cathy) of Gallatin, William Whitaker (Amanda) of Gallatin, and Jerry Lee Whitaker (Helen) of S. Pittsburg; sister, Marilyn Belcher (Billy Lee) of Gallatin; and 3 grandchildren, Michael Austin Ray, Ayden Wayne Carter, and Jayden Michael Troutt.
