Obituary of Jim E. Owen
Jim “Big O” Owen, age 73, of Lebanon, passed away on March 31, 2016. The family will be receiving friends at Sellars Funeral Home, Lebanon TN, on Saturday from 4-8 p.m. and on Sunday from 12 p.m. until the service. The Funeral Service, conducted by Brother Danny Sellars and Brother Gordon Lee, is 2 p.m. Sunday, April 3, 2016 in the chapel of Sellars Funeral Home, Lebanon TN. Interment in Mt. Juliet Memorial Gardens will follow.
Mr. Owen had worked at TRW and volunteered with the Sheriff’s Department and WEMA for 50 years. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Katie Carr Owen, children Michael Gill and Lori Grace, grandson Shane Williams, and numerous special friends. He is preceded in death by parents James Ira and Bessie Lee Martin Owen.
