Obituary of Floyd Ray Allen, III

ALLEN, Floyd Ray III went to be with Jesus the evening of June 10, 2016. Oh how we will miss him. He was a beloved husband to his wife Alita Allen and father to Heather, Carrie, Kailey, Wyatt, Dawson, Ava, and Gage Allen. Floyd was a gentle giant that everyone loved. He was bold and fearless. His heart for the Lord was very evident to anyone who met him. He was a true friend to so many and his love knew no boundaries. He will be terribly missed, but the legacy he leaves behind is one of Godliness and true friendship. He was born on April 23, 1970 in Forest Lake, MN to Floyd Ray Allen, Jr. and Ruth Elaine Allen. Tenderly missing him will be his brothers, Kevin and wife Jody Allen and their six children, Todd and wife Jennifer Allen and their four children; Suzanne and Peter Backus and the Backus family; course anyone who knew him will miss him, he was a light, a bright spot in anyones day. He was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd Ray Allen, Jr. and Ruth Elaine (Doebbeling) Allen. Funeral Services will be held 10:00 am Saturday at Mt. Juliet Family Worship. Visitation with the family will be Friday 4:00 – 8:00 pm at Sellars Funeral Home at Mt. Juliet.
